Key collection appointments are held on weekdays because our teams and support departments (such as finance, legal, and building management) operate during normal working days. This ensures all the necessary checks and processes can be completed smoothly for you.
We understand weekends may be more convenient, but we encourage you to carefully choose the date that is suitable according to your schedule as the key collection event might take about 1 to 3 hours of your time.
