The “Handover of Vacant Possession” (“HOVP”) is the process where Sime Darby Property officially gives you the access to your new property. It marks the point when your property is ready to be handed to you.

Depending on the township or project your property is located in, our friendly Township and Community Service team will guide you through the entire handover of vacant possession (HOVP) process. This includes helping with your key handing over, inventory inspection and house tour (if available).
