Don’t worry, we at Sime Darby Property understand that some issues may only show up over time. If you discover defects after the DLP has ended, here’s what you can do:

Reach out to our Management Office or Township & Community Services (“TCS”) team at your township via calls or emails here. Eventhough the defect liability period has ended, we’re still here to help and attend to your issues regardless the nature of defects.

Then, we’ll assess the issue together with you. Our team will help to determine whether the defect is related to workmanship, wear and tear, or other causes and advise what you can do accordingly.
