Once you obtain the Clearance Letter (“CL”) you may proceed to call or e-mail our Township & Community Services (“TCS”) representatives stated in the letter to make an appointment to collect the keys to your new home. However, the appointment date and time are base on first come first serve basis.

Alternatively, we encourage you to make the key collection appointment via our official Sime Darby Property mobile app for a more seamless experience where you able to choose and select the available slot in real time and receive reminders prior to the appointment date.
