We’re happy to assist you in collecting your keys through a trusted representative.

To get started, either you OR your appointed representative will need to make a key collection appointment via the official Sime Darby Property mobile app, or by contacting the Township & Community Services (TCS) Office by email or phone.

To ensure a smooth and secure handover, please prepare the following documents for your representative to present during the appointment:

1. A copy of your Identification Card (IC) AND your representative’s IC

2. A Letter of Appointment (a written authorization stating your representative is collecting the keys on your behalf)

3. A copy of the Clearance Letter

4. A copy of the Final Progress Billing This helps us verify the handover and ensure everything is in order for your new home.
