We understand that sometimes life events or travel plans may require a special arrangement. You may reach out to your Township & Community Service (TCS) team or Management Office to request a different date or time for your key handover.

These requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and while we’ll do our best to accommodate, it depends on availability and scheduling. To help us prepare smoothly, please submit your request at least 3 days before your preferred date.

This way, we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure your key handover experience goes as smoothly as possible.
