My DLP expiry date in the mobile app is incorrect. How can I get it updated?

If you notice that your Defect Liability Period (DLP) date in the Sime Darby Property mobile app doesn’t match your actual handover or clearance letter details, don’t worry! We can help fix it.

Simply email us at prime@simedarbyproperty.com with:

1. Your property details (project name, unit number, and address)

2. A copy of your Vacant Possession (VP) notice or Clearance Letter for verification

3. Once we’ve received your documents, our team will review and update the date in the system so that your DLP reflects accurately in the mobile app. We appreciate you letting us know and helping us keep your records up to date.
