To make your new property key collection smooth and hassle-free, please bring along:
1. Your original IC for verification purposes.
2. A copy of your IC (Identity Card).
3. Your Clearance Letter (CL) – either the original copy or the softcopy from your email.
That’s it! Just these documents, and you’ll be all set to receive the keys to your long-awaited property.
