During the handover day, kindly bring along all the necessary documents that allow us to verify you as the registered purchaser of the property as stated here.
Our representative will then brief and walk you through on your property details and features, utilities, inventories inside your property briefing including any warranty matters.
We understand that this might cause you some discomfort due to hot weather, bring along a mini fan and your favourite drinks to keep you hydrated and comfortable during the briefing.
