Can I make key collection appointment if I have not yet received my VP notice or Clearance Letter?

You will need to wait until both your VP Notice and Clearance Letter are issued before booking your key collection appointment. These documents are essential to confirm that your new home is officially ready, and all payments and paperwork have been cleared.
Don’t worry, once you’ve received them, you’ll get a notification to book your appointment right away via emails or the Sime Darby Property app.
